Calling for change at first Jersey Food Allergy Conference
The parents of a girl who died from a severe allergic reaction want to see change for Islanders living with food allergies.
Natasha Ednan-Laperouse, 15, died of a severe allergic reaction to sesame seeds after eating a baguette in July 2016. Items with no allergen warnings on the wrapping paper.
Tanya and Nadim Ednan-Laperouse have set up the Natasha Allergy Research Foundation in Natasha's memory and will be speaking at Jersey's first Food Allergy Conference in St Helier.
The Foundation announces partnership with Jersey Food Allergy Group, Natasha's Law Food Labeling Law It spread to the Channel Islands.

The foundation said it wanted to expand its work to Guernsey.
“Together, we want to improve the lives of people with food allergies in the Channel Islands and keep them safe.”
