Virginia

• Reduction of public and private meetings: All public and private face-to-face meetings should be limited from the current limit of 250 to 25. This includes outdoor and indoor settings.

• Indoor operations in bars and restaurants will be reduced from 75% to 50%.

Washington DC

• The restaurant has 50% capacity and is open for outdoor and indoor dining. The bar area is open to seats only if there is no bartender. The table is limited to 6 people.
• Except for visitors from Maryland and Virginia, those who stay in Washington DC for less than 24 hours, or those who go to Washington DC for important work, there are travel requirements for anyone traveling to Washington DC.

North Carolina

• North Carolina will also remain in Phase 3 until at least December 4, under the latest executive order.

West Virginia

• People in public and private buildings in West Virginia are required to wear face masks. Only housing is exempted with persons with disabilities and children under the age of nine.
• Private business owners are required to enforce mask wearing regulations at their place of business. The mask can only be removed for eating and drinking.
• According to sister agency WOWK, West Virginia Governor Jim Justice has ordered all public and private schools in West Virginia to be closed from Thanksgiving Thursday to Wednesday, December 2.

Pennsylvania

The new restrictions will come into effect on Friday, November 21st.

• New orders require masks to be worn indoors and outdoors when away from home. If you can’t always be 6 feet away from others, you’ll need a mask even outdoors.

• Indoor meetings at home must be limited to 10 people or less.
• Indoor meetings outside the house are limited to 30% of the venue’s prescribed fire capacity and should be limited to a maximum of 50 people. This includes all events such as weddings, funerals, places of worship, performances, political rallies, and events in public spaces such as fire departments.
• Outdoor meetings are limited to 50 people. A plan approved by the Delaware Department of Public Health (DPH) may allow up to 250 people.
• The restaurant should operate at less than 30% of the indoor fire capacity, taking into account additional outdoor seating.
• Governor Kearney’s order also prohibits Delaware youth sports organizations, teams, and venues from hosting or participating in tournaments with out-of-state teams, which will take effect on Tuesday, December 1, at 8 am. Says the tournament line.

New jersey

The new restrictions will take effect on Monday, November 23rd.

• Indoor gatherings are limited to a maximum of 10 people. Outdoor gatherings are limited to a maximum of 150 people.
