Multnomah County Records 715 COVID Cases in 2 Days

In Multnomah County, there were 715 new COVID-19 infections on Thanksgiving and Black Friday, according to figures released today by the Oregon Department of Health.
The two-day total is not a record for Oregon’s most populous county, but it fits this month’s pattern of new coronavirus epidemics throughout the Portland region.Multnomah County recorded the most new cases during the week of November 15 — 2,280 — and This week we plan to match or exceed that total.
