NH reports 457 new cases, 7 new deaths starting this week

The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services released 457 new positive COVID-19 test results on Saturday with a daily PCR positive rate of 5.5%. Of these cases, 336 were from Saturday and are being treated further, 121 were from the previous day, and seven more have died from the virus in the state. All were over 60 years old. 6 people are related to nursing homes. The number on Saturday includes 371 people who tested positive for PCR and 86 people who tested positive for antigen. Currently, 4,545 people in New Hampshire are infected with COVID-19. There are 146 people in New Hampshire hospitals being treated for COVID-19. Since the beginning of the pandemic, 24,138 people have been diagnosed with the virus. 79% of them have recovered.
