The United States has put dozens of Chinese entities on a black export list in Trump's administrations, the first effort to slow the capacity of Chinas to develop advanced artificial intelligence chips, hypersonic weapons and army-related technology.

The US trade department added more than 70 Chinese groups to the list of entities on Tuesday, which requires that any American business sold a technology to be a license. In most cases, the license request is refused.

Among the groups listed are six Chinese subsidiaries from Inspur, a large group of cloud computing that worked with US Chipmaker Intel, including a based in Taiwan. The United States has provided no public evidence to support the black list of the Béijing Academy of Artificial Intelligence to support the military modernization of Chinas.
