Starting August 1, 2026, we will update prices worldwide. The price of XBOX consoles will increase by US$100 for 512GB models and US$150 for 1TB models. We will also be discontinuing our 2TB model.

Last October, we increased the price of the XBOX console from $20 to $70 in the United States. We hoped that another price increase would not be necessary and we have spent the last few months working with suppliers on options. Unfortunately, console storage and memory prices have increased more than 2.5 times and we expect another doubling by fall 2027. The entire consumer electronics industry is struggling with the current component crisis, but the effects are particularly harsh on consoles. Unlike phones, computers, speakers and other consumer devices, consoles are generally not sold for a profit, but for less than their cost of production.
