Temperatures are expected to rise again as the capital faces scorching heat as another heatwave hits Britain.

Forecasters say temperatures will soar into the low 30s next week, with a high of 34 degrees on Thursday or Friday.

The Met Office said Sunday will be drier and warmer for most of the south and southeast, with temperatures in the mid to upper 20s, but conditions are expected to be more variable in the north and west.

An amber warning for rain has been issued for the west of Scotland from 5pm today until 10am on Monday.

“During this period, the width within the warning area is expected to be 20 to 40 mm, with 50 to 75 mm in the most mountainous areas,” the Korea Meteorological Administration said. “It is likely to be close to 100 mm in the most exposed points.”

A yellow weather warning for rain has been issued for the West Highlands until Monday morning (Method Office) Temperatures expected to soar to 29C on Sunday (Method Office)

Temperatures in Cardiff and Manchester are expected to remain in the low 20s, with more variable temperatures in the south-west and further north.

However, the southern region will remain generally dry as temperatures rise, and the temperature in the metropolitan area will soar to 29 degrees by 6 p.m. on Sunday and then rise to 32 degrees on Monday.

Monday will bring a sweltering 31C to the capital and the south-east (Method Office) A high of at least 33C is expected on Thursday (Method Office)

That’s because the Met Office recorded Britain’s hottest June on record and Wales’ second hottest June on record.

Temperatures broke the previous record of 35.6℃, set in Southampton in June 1976, for three days in a row last week, and last Friday, the provisional highest temperature rose to 37.7℃ in Ringwood, Norfolk, setting a new record.

Drivers are no longer required to get quotes from just a few known insurance companies. Also, local and regional insurers can provide lower insurance rates for the same services. Accurate insurance estimates. Online quotes can only be accurate if the customers provide accurate and real info about their car models and driving history. Lying about past driving incidents can make the price estimates to be lower, but when dealing with an insurance company lying to them is useless.
