Possible third wave, mask guidance

- Homeless shelters, emergency shelters, and cooling centers
Masks are required for unvaccinated people and are recommended for everyone in indoor public places such as:
- retail
- restaurant
- theater
- Family Entertainment Center
- meeting
- State and municipal offices serving the public
