His father and son, Tony and Hilary Benn, have decided whether to vote for military action. In 1998, Tony Benn debated the Iraqi bombing, and this week his son Hilary Benn called for the bombing of Syria. Both talks were highly praised, and both men, coincidentally, were sitting next to their current Labor leader Jeremy Corbyn in the Commons.
