NB has been 2 consecutive days, with no new COVID-19 cases.
New Brunswick appeared for two consecutive days with no newly confirmed cases of COVID-19.
There is still one active case of the virus in the states located in the region that includes Fredericton.
The case was announced on Thursday and there were no new cases in the state for more than two weeks.
The total number of COVID-19 cases diagnosed in the state is 166.
A total of 163 people have recovered from the virus and two have died since the beginning of the pandemic. Because of COVID-19, no one is currently hospitalized.
