The Responsible Breakfast 2020, held on September 29 during the UN General Assembly, will focus on ensuring global responsibility for the protection of the health and rights of women, children and adolescents during the COVID-19 crisis and beyond.
Hosting the Maternal, Newborn and Child Health Partnership (PMNCH), the White Ribbon Alliance and Every Woman Every Child, the event will build on the results of the recent COVID-19 “Live in Balance” summit and bring together a wide range of stakeholders from governments to grassroots organizations. , people who are capable of change and people who call for that change.
Led by Cape Hon Helen Clark, former Prime Minister of New Zealand and President of PMNCH, and moderated by Mercy Juma of BBC Africa, the event will:
