Bollywood actor Ronit Roy buys luxury sea-view apartment in Versova, Mumbai
Roy acquired the 4,259 sq ft apartment on the 20th floor of the upcoming tower with his wife Neelam.
As part of the transaction, the buyer will have exclusive access to four parking spaces in the tower. It paid stamp duty of nearly Rs 1.14 crore for the registration of the transaction that took place on June 10, according to documents accessed via IndexTap.com.
The project under construction with a ground floor and 29-storey structure is expected to be completed and delivered by December 2026.
ET's email query to the project developer Macrotech Developers remained unanswered till the time of going to press. Ronit Roy could not be reached for comment.
