International fashion retailer sets opening date for new NJ store
Primarkan Ireland-based fashion retailer, recently announced plans to open another store in New Jersey.
The business is preparing to open at Jersey Gardens Windmills to Elizabeth on July 6.
It will be one of three planned Primark store openings in New Jersey and New York this summer. The other stores are scheduled to open in Long Island on June 22 and in Albany on July 20.
The reception we’ve had when we’ve joined new communities in the US has been overwhelmingly positive, with lines of new customers waiting to meet us, so our team is so excited about the range of new stores we have to open this summer Kevin Tulip, President of Primark US, said.
Each of the three new stores will occupy over 33.00 square feet of space.
Primark offers a variety of clothing for women, men and children, as well as home goods, travel essentials and beauty products.
Affordability has always been at the heart of Primark, the retailers website reads. Our vision now is to make more sustainable fashion accessible to everyone.
The three new openings will bring Primarks number of stores at 428, with 20 locations in the United States.
The company, which was founded in Ireland in 1969, plans to operate 530 stores globally by the end of 2026. It aims to operate 60 stores in the United States by then.
