Pakistan: Imran Khan's provisional bail extended in three cases

ISLAMABAD: Interim bail of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder and former Prime Minister Imran Khan was extended in three cases by the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Friday, ARY News reported. Anti-terrorism court judge Arshad Javed conducted a hearing on the PTI founder's interim bail pleas at Jinnah House, Askari Tower attacks and Shadman police station burning. According to ARY News, the court extended the interim bail of the former prime minister by one day in all three cases. The ATC judge also directed the authorities concerned to ensure video link presence of the accused from Adiala jail. It is noteworthy that the Lahore High Court (LHC) was earlier informed that the Punjab government had allotted seven cells to convicted PTI founder Imran Khan in Adiala.
