The 7th president, Joko Widodo (Jokowi) does yoga in front of his house. Jokowi only participated in yoga for about 5 minutes.
From observation detikJatengyoga brought together around twenty people, mostly women. Jokowi arrived at his residence around 08:10 WIB and participated in yoga.
Wearing a gray jacket, Jokowi followed the movements led by instructor Woro Mogli. Jokowi began the movement by placing his hands on his crossed legs while closing his eyes and exhaling.

Then, Jokowi followed suit by clasping his hands to his chest and breathing before finally leaving the mat.
Jokowi admitted that he often does yoga at home. After practicing yoga, Jokowi felt fresher.
“Oh, I do it often, fresh, after yoga, fresh,” Jokowi said while walking to his car, Sunday (5/17/2026).
Before his car started, Jokowi joked 1-0.
“Thanks, a zero,” Jokowi joked.
Meanwhile, founder Heloria Devi Putri said around 20 people participated in the yoga. It is opposite Jokowi’s house because the neighborhood is still fresh and beautiful.
“Because the place is beautiful, comfortable and when it is early in the morning the air is still good,” he replied when asked if he chose Kutai Gang as his yoga location.
He said he had already asked Jokowi for permission from RT to RW to organize yoga.
He admitted that he was happy that Jokowi could join the Yoga with the other participants. Additionally, many attendees were from out of town.
“Yes, I’m happy, I’m really happy, sister. Thank God, I didn’t expect it either. There were participants from Ponorogo, Semarang,” he concluded.
