Louisville, Colorado (KDVR) – A local non-profit organization is collecting donations to help fund the basic needs of Haitians in the wake of the country’s devastating earthquake.

Locally, Haiti is on the ground with Haitian leaders in community development with a focus on education, healthcare, and agriculture.

FOX31 met the group’s CEO, Wayne Walnet. He explained that they work at Petit-Trou-de-Nippes. The city was directly affected by the recent 7.2 magnitude earthquake.
