Manchester attack: Father pays tribute to Manchester's youngest victim – BBC News

Manchester terrorism victim Saffie Roussos' father paid tribute to a "stunning" daughter.
Andrew Roussos told the BBC's Victoria Derbyshire program that Saffie was a "huge character" about what would be her ninth birthday.
He said he wants to remember his name and images through the media because he wanted to.
Saffie was one of 22 people who died in an attack after a concert in Manchester Arena on May 22 at the Manchester Arena.
