An earthquake with a preliminary size of 4.2, was later reviewed in 4.0, shakes the eastern Gulf on Monday evening and felt a short trep in San Francisco.

The earthquake hit at 7:46 pm, and the earthquake center was 5 km west northwest of Dublin, California.

There were no reports on damage, and the usual Xter activity after shaking.
