Myanmar earthquake: The number of deaths rises to more than 1000, as the survivor continues Myanmar
The number of deaths has gone through a huge earthquake on Myanmar 1000, as rescuers continue to be a desperate search for survivors and relief agencies warning of a “very difficult” response amid the country's constant struggle.
The shallow earthquake struck 7.7-Magnituds, the Mangania of Myanmar, on Friday afternoon, and followed it minutes after the shore of the bounce 6.7 crazy. Witnesses and social media clips indicate severe damage in Mandalay, the second largest city in Myanmar, where buildings, religious sites and main roads were destroyed either.
The Military Council in Myanmar said 1002 people were killed and 276 were wounded, while 30 others are missing. Six deaths were confirmed in Bangkok, the Thai capital, where a tall building collapsed under construction, besieging dozens of workers. 26 others injured and are still 47 missing.
Thai authorities use drones equipped with thermal imaging technology to search for survivors and believe that there are indications that are still 15 people alive.
The president of Junta in Myanmar, Min Aung Hulang, issued a rare appeal to international aid, indicating deep concern about the damage, and declared a state of emergency in the six most affected regions.
Many humanitarian agencies cut their programs in Myanmar, after Trump's discounts to the United States Agency for International Development.
Michael Danford, the rural director of the World Food Program, said that it may be “days and weeks” before the real size of the damage in Myanmar, which has been caught by the conflict since a military coup in 2021.
He said: “This was a very complex and very difficult operations before the conflict. This disaster – is a disaster – will make it more than that. Indeed, a third of the population requires humanitarian help, and this number will inevitably rise.”

Since the seizure of power in a widespread opposition coup in 2021, the Military Council to control the armed resistance movement for its rule, which is formed from a group of groups, including civilians who took weapons to fight for the return of democracy, and ethnic armed organizations that have long attended for independence. JUNTA has suffered insulting defeats in the battlefield, where a BBC's study was able to have full control of only 21 % of Myanmar lands – although it maintains the control of big cities such as Mandalay.
The Military Council has been repeatedly accused of banning humanitarian aid to the areas where its opponents are active. The agencies that provide aid must receive travel from the army, which have been accused in the past repeatedly of banning humanitarian aid.
It was the largest earthquake to strike Myanmar in more than a century, according to American geologies, and the tremors were strong enough to severely damage buildings via Bangkok, hundreds of miles from the earthquake center.
The Bangkok city authorities said that more than 100 engineers will inspect the city's buildings, after more than 2000 reports received the damage.

While there was no widespread destruction, shaking brought some dramatic pictures of swimming pools on the surface whose contents slip on the side of many high -rise residential blocks of the city. Hospitals, hotels, offices, and tall apartments have been evacuated.
A spokesman for the Agency-France Presse said that one of the women gave birth to her child's outdoor child after moving from the hospital building, while the surgeon also continued to work on a patient after his evacuation.
But the worst in the damage was in Myanmar, where four years of civil war left a military care services a large number of health care services.

Rescue teams were published from China and Russia, who are the only isolated JUNTA allies. The official Xinhua News Agency reported that a team of 37 members from the Chinese province of Yunnan arrived in Yangon early on Saturday with earthquake detectors, drones and other supplies.
The Russian Emergency Ministry sent two planes carrying 120 rescuers and supplies, according to a report issued by the Russian government news agency Tass.
India also sent a search and rescue team and a medical team in addition to rulings, while the Foreign Ministry of Malaysia said the country would send 50 people on Sunday.
The United Nations allocated $ 5 million (3.9 million pounds) to start relief efforts. President Donald Trump said on Friday that the United States will help in responding.
India, France and the European Union offered help, while those who said it could have been packaged to prepare shock injuries supplies.
The Chinese president said that Chinese President Xi Jinping spoke to Min Ong Hulang, while government media reported that he had “expressed deep sadness” because of the destruction and said that China “is ready to provide Myanmar with the help of required support for people in affected areas.”
The military regime has called on blood donors as general hospitals in the epic and mandalay areas that have exceeded patients.
The photos on social media showed scenes of destruction, including collapsed buildings, and volunteers are scrambling to save those trapped under the rubble.
