Southeast Made Province, SD – South River South Dakota has been subjected to its second earthquake since March. Saturday at 9:30 pm local time, a 2.6 earthquake was discovered about 10 miles northwest Wasta. No damage or injuries has been reported.

The last time a similar earthquake occurred in West South Dakota on March 8 on the eastern part of the Kister government park. Earthquakes always occur on rift lines, and although South Dakota may not have any big mistakes such as California or Japan, simple rift lines are everywhere on the face of the earth.
