The Army gynecologist who was recently described as a “predator in uniform” is now in the Bell County Jail in Texas after “apparently violating the terms of his release imposed by his commanding officer,” according to an Army spokesman. Fort Hood officials, who alleged that Army Maj. Blaine McGraw sexually abused patients under his care at Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center, ordered his pretrial detention Dec. 2, a spokesman said. McGraw is also accused of sexually abusing patients at his previous workplace, Tripler Army Medical Center in Hawaii, where he was assigned from 2019 to 2023 when his residency ends.
