But we can now report that Hampshire police missed their first chance to stop Sala after Constable Victoria Tomkins reported the rape but was told she could be “lying” on her own strength. Survivors say some of Sala’s rapists are still on the streets, alleging a wider sex exploitation network across Hampshire.
