FOX 35 News speaks to residents after a gas line ruptured in Seminole County, sparking flames in the air.

Seminole County, Florida – Hundreds of people were forced to leave their homes in the middle of the night in Sanford after a gas pipeline exploded, sparking a wildfire.

This happened near the Black Bear Wilderness just after midnight Thursday.

The reason is still under investigation.
