Half of the population in the Nagorno-Karabakh region has been displaced as a result of the fighting. On both sides of the conflict, Armenians and Azeris have been killed. Within hours of the agreed-upon temporary truce in Moscow, Armenian and Azerbaijani forces filed a new complaint.
