The German Research Center for Geosciences (GFZ) reported a magnitude 4.2 earthquake in Italy near Manfredonia, Provincia di Foggia, Puglia, just 8 minutes ago. The earthquake struck early in the evening of Sunday, March 28, 2021 at 6:43 PM local time at a shallow depth of 10 kilometers. The exact size, focus and depth of an earthquake may be reviewed within the next few hours or minutes as seismologists review data and improve their calculations, or as other agencies release their reports.
