The Ministry of Health confirms the readiness of vaccination centers for natural disasters

MANILA, Philippines – In preparation for natural disasters amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the Department of Health (DOH) on Tuesday confirmed that appropriate measures have been taken to secure disaster preparedness at vaccination sites.

Ronald Low, director of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation in the Health Emergency Management Office at the Ministry of Health, said earthquakes, for example, are among the scenarios considered when setting up vaccination centers.
