An additional 14 people connecting to the COVID-19 cluster at Brigham and Women’s Hospital were tested positive for coronavirus. In an update released on Monday, hospital officials said 30 out of 488 employees connected to a cluster tested for COVID-19, and the hospital also had 581 patients in all hospitalization areas.
