A team of scientists have identified how and why some Covid-19 patients develop life-threatening blood clots.

In this study, led by researchers at the Royal College of Surgeons (RCSI), the balance between a coagulation-causing molecule called von Willebrand Factor (VWF) and its regulator, ADAMTS13, was severely disrupted in elevated Covid patients. I found that it was done. VWF protein level.
