The Earthquake comedian fell on hard times while living next door to Jamie Foxx, one of the highest-earning black actors in Hollywood. The comedian explains that while he was a neighbor of the famous artist, who has a net worth of $170 million, he somehow got hold of $3 million in debt.

For Earthquake, it’s a difference between “breakdown” and “debt”. He further explained during an appearance on “Club Shay Shay,” a podcast led by former NFL star Shannon Sharp.
