Mumbai: We all know that after the pandemic, Bollywood movies do not enjoy great box office success. This year, in the first three months, 13 films had been released in theaters, and only three did well at the box office.
On the other hand, in the past year, a few major Southern films have done brilliantly well at the box office in the Hindi markets. Now, if we look at some of the upcoming movies, stars from the South are enlisted for cameos and key roles along with many Bollywood actors who are planning to be in South Indian movies.

Salman Khan’s star, Kisi ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, has nearly four big names in the Southern film industry, Venkatesh, Pooja Hegde, Bhumika Chawla and Ram Charan (cameo). Additionally, two of the songs in the film have Telugu lyrics.
Shah Rukh Khan star Jawan also features three big names from the South, director Atlee and actors Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi.
Just yesterday, it was announced that Jr NTR has been signed on for the film and he will be playing the antagonist in the film. So a great Bollywood movie with a great star from the South!
Also, don’t forget that our Bollywood actors are eyeing South Indian films. Janhvi Kapoor will be seen in NTR 30, Deepika Padukone in Project K, Disha Patani in Suriya 42, and many other actors will be seen in South Indian films.
Some recent reports also claim that a Bollywood actor has been tapped to star in Allu Arjun with Pushpa: The Rule. Although there is no confirmation about it, there are reports that even Akshay Kumar is there in the movie.
