Lexington police have arrested two people in connection with the fire that killed a beloved fire captain, 31-year-old Brandon Hoskins, and 37-year-old Stacey Stegall, charged with misdemeanor breaking and entering into the West 5th Street home that burned. They were arrested yesterday afternoon and are facing drug possession charges this morning. Both are being held without bond and that remains the case
