A teacher who has been right in every election since 1984 reveals the forecast for 2020

Allan Lichtman, a professor of history at the University of America, developed a system that accurately predicted all presidential elections since 1984 (with one exception: Al Gore won the popular vote but lost to George W. Bush. Licthman depends on that prediction). Licthman told CNN’s Michael Smerconish that the system predicts that President Donald Trum will lose the White House this year. #CNN #Notes
