Campbell Names Oswalt President Of Snacks Division
Valerie Oswalt has been appointed Executive Vice President and President of Campbell Snacks by Campbell Soup Co. in Camden, effective March 9.
Oswalt will lead the division, which generated approximately $ 3.8 billion in net sales in fiscal 2019 and is home to brands such as Goldfish, Milano, Pepperidge Farm, Snyders of Hanover, Lance, Kettle Brand, Cape Cod, Snack Factory Pretzel Crisps and end of July. She will report to CEO Mark Clouse and become a member of Campbell's management team and a business executive.
Campbell is the third largest snack company in the country.

Before joining Campbell, Oswalt recently served as CEO of the privately owned snack and nut mix company Century Snacks, where she led the turnaround with a portfolio of over 400 branded products, private label and commercial, according to an advertisement.
Previously, she was President of Mondelezs North American Confections, a $ 1.5 billion portfolio with well-known brands like Oreo, Cadbury, Trident, Halls and Sour Patch Kids.
Earlier in her career spanning more than two decades, she held management positions, including that of President of North American Sales at Mondelez and Vice President, Walmart Customer Team Coffee, Beverage and Grocery at Kraft Foods Group. She began her career as an accountant at Deloitte.
