MDHHS Organizes Virtual Food Engines for Large Population | Instant news

Lansing, Michigan – The Department of Aging and Services of the Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) in Michigan teamed up with the Michigan Food Bank Board to raise funds for large residents who stayed at home during the Coronavirus Virus (COVID-19).

Groups have asked Michigan residents to donate money for a virtual food campaign that will provide lunch boxes for needy seniors.

The officials said that the contribution of $ 28 includes the cost of a box containing 33 food items for 22 meals. Cans contain items like canned chicken, green beans, peanut butter and chopped tomatoes.
