ESPN BET's First Retail Sportsbook Opens at Hollywood Casino in Greektown

Today, Hollywood Casino in Greektown unveiled its new ESPN BET-branded restaurant and sportsbook on the upper level of the 100,000-square-foot downtown Detroit casino. This sportsbook is the first ESPN BET-branded retail location to open in PENN Entertainments (PENN) portfolio of properties.

The ESPN BET Restaurant and Sportsbook offers guests approximately 4,500 square feet of betting and dining space, with high-tech betting kiosks, large screen televisions, a 30-inch video wall for the ultimate sports experience and elevated bar food and drinks. The restaurant is one of several upscale dining options available throughout Hollywood Casino in Greektown.

It's an exciting week to launch PENN's first brick-and-mortar ESPN BET sportsbook as the city of Detroit hosts the NFL Draft and its festivities, said Greektown's Hollywood Casino General Manager John Drake. On Thursday and Friday, ESPN Radio will air the Unsportsmanlike morning show with Evan Cohen, Chris Canty and Michelle Smallmon, as well as the Greeny Show.
