SOLO, RADARCIREBON.COM – Administrators of the West Java Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI) met with the 7th President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo, at his residence in Sumber, SOLO, Tuesday, May 26, 2026.

The meeting discussed a number of political agendas and community activities ahead of the 2029 elections.

In his statement, Chairman of the West Java DPW PSI Abang Ijo Hapidin revealed that one of the important discussions of the meeting was Jokowi’s planned visit to West Java in July 2026.

The city of Cirebon would be one of the agenda items of the former president’s visit.

To welcome Jokowi’s arrival, PSI West Java admitted that it was preparing various cultural activities involving the wider community.

One of the highlights of the agenda is the Elephant Parade and Cultural Carnival in Cirebon City.

“Pak Jokowi wants to visit Indonesia. Thank God he reported it, in July he will go directly to the community. There will also be an elephant parade,” said Abang Ijo Hapidin.

He explained that the event was intended as a means of friendship for Jokowi with the people of West Java, especially the people of Cirebon.

The cultural carnival is also prepared to involve various elements of society and local communities.

According to him, Jokowi’s health condition is currently good and he is ready to return for his planned visit to several regions.

“Father is in good health, ready to visit West Java,” he said.
