This statement was made by Razman and in response to Roy Suryo Cs’s opinion that the handling of Jokowi’s fake diploma case had exceeded the time limit provided by the Criminal Procedure Code.

According to him, it was just an excuse from Roy. “So between this and here, it’s related. So if you say, oh, it’s later than February, right? Well, not really, not really. Well, so again if they are not satisfied, then what should they do? Before going to the court itself, they can prepare for the trial,” Razman said in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, Wednesday (27/5/2026).
Razman opined that Roy Suryo Cs was not sure whether he had filed a pre-trial application. Roy Suryo Cs fears Jokowi’s fake diploma case will go to trial.
“But they said they weren’t sure. If (before the trial) they weren’t sure, do you know what about the court? Well, it’s the same thing I think, yes, they’re actually afraid to go into the courtroom,” he said.
Razman suggested that Roy Suryo Cs face Jokowi. According to him, Jokowi always opens the door to apologize to Roy Suryo Cs.
