Imran Khan says he informed ‘neutral’ of foreign plot, but in vain

Former Prime Minister of Pakistan and Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Imran Khan, said that he informed those who called themselves “neutral” about the plot and its consequences, but the plot was not foiled despite his best efforts.

He expressed these views while addressing a giant public rally in Mardan on Friday.

Khan said that when he learned of the “plot,” he spoke to “people who could stop it. “I told them that if this plot succeeded, then our economy would falter given its current state.”

“The dollar is rising to Rs200, the stock market keeps falling and everything is becoming expensive. The media should ask people how expensive things are, like they would do under our government,” the former prime minister said.

Imran Khan has asked the ruling government to immediately reveal the date of general elections in the country.

He warned that if the date of the general elections was not announced, then the “sea of ​​people” heading towards Islamabad would be detrimental to the interests of the government.

President Imran Khan said he came to Mardan not to play politics but to achieve true independence and a free Pakistan.

He added that he was calling on the people in Islamabad for a “revolution” aimed at achieving “real independence” for Pakistan.

He added that his message to the gang of looters, including those sitting in London, he would not leave them at any cost.

Particularly addressing the youth of Mardan, Khan said that they should join the Azadi March as our country had been humiliated by a junior officer of the United States, who had threatened Pakistan that if Imran Khan was removed from power, Pakistan would be forgiven, otherwise Pakistan would be taught a good lesson.

He asked the crowd if Pakistan and Pakistanis were slaves of the United States. Shehbaz Sharif, Asif Ali Zardari and even Maulana Fazlur Rehman might be the slaves of the United States, but the people of Pakistan were an honorable and respectable nation.

He maintained that life, death, wealth and livelihood are in the hands of Allah Almighty and Muslims do not fear any superpower as they fear only God.

He recalled that when the PTI came to power, the treasury was empty as both parties – PML-N and PPP – mercilessly looted the country. But the PTI government sought help from Saudi Arabia and other friendly Arab countries and saved the country from bankruptcy despite the destruction caused by Covid-19, he added.

He accused the PML-N leaders of allegedly killing Dr Rizwan of the FIA ​​by removing him from his post and threatening him with dire consequences, adding that Dr Rizwan had exposed the corruption and plunder of the Sharifs but was a victim as Hamza Sharif had threatened Dr Rizwan with dire consequences.

The PTI chairman severely castigated the ECP commissioner for his biased attitude towards the PTI, adding that the case of the dissident PTI legislators was not a case of law but rather a case of morality.

He said that in the presence of the present ECP commissioner, fair and transparent elections could be held in the country.
