That’s the best way for Joe Biden to win in 2020



In 2016, Donald Trump won in Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania, three years that Republican states have not won. While many believe that the probability that candidate Joe Biden will win the Democrat would come from the center-west, Chris Cillizza explained why conventional wisdom may be Biden’s best bet.
