We started in Spartanburg County, where the coroner's office reported that a child had died after a crash. Staff say a seven-year-old girl was riding her bike Saturday when she was involved in a car accident on Cleveland Chapel Road. The coroner says she died from her injuries Wednesday. A person walking with her was also injured and taken to the hospital. Troopers are investigating and the driver has been cited following a crash on I-85 in Oconee County. Troopers say it was yesterday morning around 8:00 in the southbound lanes near mile marker two. Investigators say a tractor trailer crashed and caught fire. You can see the mess left behind for a while. Authorities worked for several hours to clear up this incident. It's been months since the Fourth of July crash claimed the life of 15-year-old Chasity Nelson and injured four of her friends.
