Playa Vista Amazon gets a $ 168 million loan for Chick-Fil-A
The Amazon.com Inc. facility and Playa Vista’s Chick-Fil-A location received a permanent refinancing loan of $ 168 million from. City.
The bank also provided a $ 110 million bridge refinancing to the location last summer.

The Amazon building is located at 5750 Mesmer Ave. And the Chick-fil-A franchise is located at 11750 Jefferson Blvd.
This isn’t the only real estate transaction Amazon has recently been involved with.
Last year, the Torrance building, which was being refurbished for use by Amazon, sold for $ 81 million. It used to be a warehouse store of Costco Wholesale Corporation.
It has been updated to be used as an Amazon warehouse space for some consumer operations. The address is 2751 Skypark Drive.
Realterm US Inc. purchased the site from Bridge Development Partners.
According to CoStar Group Inc, this was one of the most costly industrial transactions in 10 years based on the price per square foot.
Amazon is also busy expanding the platform.
In December, the company announced that Amazon Music would acquire West Hollywood-based podcast network Wondery Inc. The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
