“I usually train for one or two hours, depending on how much time I have. I do three circuits and I repeat this three times. I mostly focus on my thighs and butt, so I do a lot of squats and weightlifting,” she explained.

Rita also does a cardio circuit and no longer pushes herself “until she feels sick.”

The Body on Me hit-maker then revealed, “I don’t want to speak too soon, but I’m definitely considering staying here longer and buying some property.”

“I didn’t expect to find love in Australia, nor was I looking for it,” she said, adding that she wanted to keep her relationship with father-of-two Taika, 46. years, away from the spotlight.
