It was great to be back. I was a little nervous to come back because it was hard to imagine how to get up again at 3am when I was sick for 3 weeks and couldn’t get up for a long time and felt very junk.
But in the end, I was so nervous about being able to wake up at 3 am that my body never actually slept.
So I’m going to take a big nap today.
I was very terrible about taking a break from work for a long time. I feel very deeply about my duty to the audience and it’s scary that I don’t feel enough to appear for you.
They say that the key to Covid and the flu recovery is rest, rest, rest. My doctor kept saying rest, rest, and a little more rest when you think you’ve rested enough.
That’s because everyone who bounced too quickly has returned to the square. Like me, you’ve sent a lot of horror stories about how Covid turned into influenza A and how long it took to get back from it.
Some people are still suffering after a month. It’s a pit, I don’t want it to my worst enemy. I don’t think I feel so sick. It’s hard to get a Covid, and it’s cruel for someone else (my husband) who doesn’t have a name to get a Covid and say, “Oh, it’s not an event!”
It’s a unique virus and we all suffer differently. I say here to everyone suffering from it, or fallout from it, I hear you, I feel you. I understand your pain.
Of course, I went and in addition to the flu in addition to Covid’s Triple Warmy, Covid reactivated my glandular fever virus since I was a teenager.
Interesting fact: the virus is dormant after you have it, but Covid can kick-start it-and in fact it kick-starts it for many people- It’s a big problem so far, according to medical fraternity, so unfortunately enough, I was hit by a triple star. Therefore, it has been ill for such a long time.
I don’t want to continue, but to be honest, it’s a painful illness to bathe my skin. Everything hurts. It’s inflammation for you.
But I learned some good lessons from my illness. One is not to ask the sick person every day if he is still feeling better. If not, it can be quite depressing. It was a shipwreck physically, but it didn’t improve mentally, so it started to go downhill. The second thing I learned was not to ask the sick person “Do you need something?” The answer is always no.
No one wants to bother you, so don’t ask. Third, I thought I was already an empathetic person, but now I am a person suffering from all kinds of illnesses, feeling very debilitated and confused, and controlling my health outcomes. I sympathize with people who can’t. It’s a scary and terrible feeling. I also learned that it is not as invincible as we think.
So I’m glad I came back and I would like to thank everyone who sent me messages and emails on Instagram and sent me wishes, recovery tips and tricks. I had the best audience and the best bosses in business were also very supportive and kind, and I am very grateful for that. And to Tim and Andrew who filled in for me. I need a village, thank you.
