Bar remains open after deep clean
Eight staff at a bar in Wakefield tested positive for coronavirus.
The truth about Westgate asked all staff to be tested after one person had symptoms last week.
A spokeswoman said the bar was completely cleaned and left open, and anyone who had contact with the affected staff was quarantined for 14 days.
A nearby Pontefract pub has also been confirmed and temporarily closed by two of its staff.
The Wakefield Council said it was working with the British Public Health Service to manage the Truth outbreak that opened on July 4.

Anna Hartley, Director of Public Health, said: “We are aware of eight confirmed cases of Covid-19 in the Truth Bar in Wakefield.
“The business is working closely with us and, like the UK Public Health Service, takes swift action to limit further potential spread.
“If someone is worried or symptomatic-high temperature, new, continuous cough, or loss or change in olfaction or taste-get self-isolated and have your test done as soon as possible.
“People who are considered to be in close contact with one of the positive cases are contacted via the NHS testing and follow-up program and are advised to undergo self-separation and testing.”
Ponty Tavern, located in the Corn Market, confirmed that the two staff members tested positive, wrote on Facebook and closed pending advice from public health officials.
Those who visited between 20:00 BST on August 14th and 02:00 on August 15th say they need to be contacted shortly by the tracking and tracking personnel.
He added that anyone with symptoms should book a Covid-19 test.
