Begum Rokeya: XIX. Forgotten feminist of the century

Rokeya Sakhwat Hossain or Begum Rokeya XIX. She was a feminist writer, educator, and social reformer of the century. Begum Rokeya, now from Bangladesh, born into a wealthy Muslim family, challenged her traditional education to fight for women’s rights.
