Apex Legends System Override Update Out Tomorrow, Full Patch Notes Revealed

The next event for Apex Legends, System Override Collection, takes place from March 3 to 17. In addition to the release of the limited-time event, Respawn Entertainment is implementing a new game update …full patch notes which are described below. The update includes several notable in-game tweaks, such as the return of Kings Canyon, changes to the inventory system to reduce the need for Wattson, and the transformation of Bloodhound into the recognition character they always should have been.

The flagship feature of the update is Deja Loot, a "unique approach" to the traditional battle royale experience. Here, all the loot appears in the same place during the event, allowing you to trace the best path to your favorite weapon in the hope of achieving this victory. But since the loot remains static in this game mode, everyone will likely be vying for the same gear. While most things will stay the same, the plane's trajectory and the locations of the circles will change daily. The first week of Deja Loot will be on World & # 39; s Edge, while the second week will take you back to Kings Canyon.

Along with the introduction of Deja Loot is a new type of equipment. The Evo shield is weaker than common body shields, but gradually becomes stronger as you damage players who have not been shot. The batteries are transported from one person to another, so it's possible that you can pick up your buddy's fully charged Evo shield – and fall just as quickly for a successful enemy. At the moment, Evo shields are exclusive to Deja Loot and appear at high frequencies, but Respawn can add them to all types of matches after the end of the system replacement collection event.

The update also brings a bunch of changes to the game's legends, including Bloodhound, Gibraltar and Crypto. Inventory slots went from eight to 10, drum kits and shield stacks went from three to two, some weapons had their damage and magazine size adjusted, and much more.

• Limited time mode – Deja Loot
  • Deja Loot is a unique version of Apex games where "random" is a bad word. A problem in the system caused all spoils to appear in the same place in each match for the duration of the event. Even the flight path of the aircraft and the locations of the circles will be set for this mode, which will change daily while the location of the loot remains the same for the entire event.
