Indianapolis (Wish) — Scientists have discovered a new risk factor for COVID-19. And it may be passing through your veins.
Blood types are associated with coronavirus infection, according to researchers at the University of Denmark, one type provides more protection and the other provides less protection.
Scientists examined 473,000 people who had been tested for the coronavirus. They found that people with type O had a 13% lower risk of infection compared to types A, B, and AB.
