A Brown County Department of Health spokesman announced that a COVID-19 incident had occurred among employees of the JBS Packerland Meat Processing Plant in Green Bay.
The beef production plant, which has about 800 employees, is still operating as an important business, said Ted Shove, a spokesman for the Health Department. He said the exact number of factories with a positive reaction is under investigation.
According to Shob, the confirmed number of confirmed coronaviruses in Brown County increased by 119 from Friday, to 292 as of Monday. Although not all of the increase was due to factory workers, it is believed that there was a spread of the viral community, he said.

Governor Tony Evers said Monday that Wisconsin is sending 2,200 test collection supplies and personal protective equipment to Green Bay to deal with the outbreak of the “potentially risky community” coronavirus. .
The Brown County Department of Health planned a status update Monday afternoon. On Friday, the surge of incidents was linked to one entity in the area, but said no name was given.
