Visiting Papua, Ms. Iriana to attend HAN 2024 commemoration peak

Mrs. Iriana Joko Widodo, Mrs. Wury Ma'ruf Amin, together with members of the Solidarity Action Organization of the Advanced Indonesian Cabinet Era (OASE KIM), paid a working visit to Papua Province on Monday, July 22, 2024. The Indonesian Air Force Boeing 737-400 aircraft carrying Mrs. Iriana, Mrs. Wury and their entourage arrived at Sentani Airport, Jayapura Regency at around 16:15 WIT.
Ms. OASE, who arrived in Jayapura, Ms. Juliet Izak Pangemanan, Ms. Eva Mathius Fakhiri and the chairwoman of the Papua province of the TP PKK, Ms. Linda, were seen welcoming Ms. Iriana and Ms. Wury under the stairs of the plane. Onibala.
From the airport, Ms. Iriana and OASE KIM members are expected to immediately start the first day’s activities by welcoming and interacting with Papuan micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The interaction is expected to take place at Suni Abepura Hotel, Jayapura City.
After that, Ms. Iriana and her entourage planned to go to the hotel where she was spending the night. Tomorrow, Ms. Iriana, Ms. Wury, and OASE KIM members are scheduled to attend the commemoration of National Children's Day (HAN) 2024 with President Joko Widodo.
Previously, Ms. Iriana, Ms. Wury and OASE KIM members took off for Jayapura Regency from Halim Perdanakusuma TNI AU Base, Jakarta at around 07:00 WIB. Ms. Iriana's group and OASE KIM members first transited through Makassar City, South Sulawesi Province to refuel the plane before continuing their journey to Papua.
