GROBOGANKOMPAS.com – The 7th President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo (Jokowi) “came down from the mountain” in campaign Pair of candidates for Governor and Deputy Governor of Central Java (Central Java), Ahmad Luthfi-Taj Yasin in Purwodadi, Regency GroboganSunday (11/17/2024) afternoon.

Jokowi was seen occasionally waving while distributing T-shirts on Jalan Gajahmada, Jalan R Suprapto, until the parade's final point at Alun-Alun Purwodadi.
The t-shirts donated by the parade group were black and white, depicting Ahmad Luthfi's silhouette and Jokowi's success.
“I was invited to come and see the extraordinary public reception of Pak Lutfi and Gus Yasin. We were able to see it yesterday in Banyumas and Tegal, and then today in Grobogan,” Jokowi said.
According to Jokowi, he considers the duo Ahmad Luthfi and Taj Yasin worthy of leading Central Java, referring to their credibility so far.
Luthfi is the long-time regional police chief of Central Java and Taj Yasin is the former deputy governor of Central Java.
“Looking at Pak Luthfi and Gus Yasin, I think they are both capable of continuing what the previous government did and can also have strong synergy with Pak Prabowo Subianto's government,” Jokowi said.
Jokowi also said that political campaign activities targeting the Grobogan region were realistic enough to win votes.
“Why did you choose Grobogan?” Because we have seen the survey figures,” Jokowi said briefly.
Previously, Jokowi also participated in the campaign of Central Java governor and deputy governor candidates Ahmad Luthfi-Taj Yasin in Banyumas and Tegal.
